...the end of my WoW abstinence, that is. Tuesday I got a letter from the phone company telling me that my connection will be set by the end of next week. This means, a few days after that I will finally have a stable internet connection again!
It's been nice to take a long break from World of Warcraft and have some time to consider continuing. I decided to do it!
Reasons? I get bored a lot lately I don't like to go out a lot and as much fun as drawing is, my hand starts to hurt at some point. I also miss the game to a certain degree. When I look at movies from the game I want to play again, myself. I also always wanted to make an own movie and I still haven't given up on that dream! Can't do that when I'm not playing, can I?
One reason I was considering giving up the game was that the raid content had been so utterly disappointing but I get the feeling that the upcoming raid instance Ice Crown Citadel is going to be some fun! I wanted to get that Black Temple feeling back that I've been missing so much.
Another one was that my raid guild (Entropy) had disbanded a couple of weeks into my break. I kinda saw it coming but it was still a shock. It will be hard to find a new one like this.
I put of the whole decision somewhat since the design of the shaman tier10 was still pending. Looks and designs mean quite a bit to me in the game and it's been constantly hurting my eyes when my shaman was wearing tier9 ([link])... it looks like a clown x_X Now that the shaman t10 is out, though, I am very enthusiastic to get it, since it looks awesome!!! Secondly, I didn't like the performance especially elemental shamans have been putting up for a while now... they really suck in terms of dps
I might even reroll to my rogue that I've been leveling up shortly before I moved. The problem is though, she has absolutely no equipment and that's a problem when you're looking for a pro-raid...

Well, anyway. Before I can start gaming again I will need a new mouse as well as a new keyboard. My mouse's cable broke at some point during moving to the new apartment so it's been disconnecting and reconnecting all the time And two days ago I spilled ice tea on my keyboard and now the keys are all sticky and no amount of cleaning will fix it >.< This sucks because I really love my keyboard... it has build-in speakers, a microphone, volume regulation and even plugs for my headset - I won't get that again :sad:
But I already found a decent new one. This time it's waterproof so I can actually wash it!
For a new mouse I'll just order the same one again and try to handle it with more care, haha.
